Analysis

Engagement

Once you have chosen your supplier, which may include a factory site visit by you and your professional team, we start the real negotiations with them. Negotiations relate to the final order terms, including price, delivery and quality. Contracts are prepared and agreed upon by both parties. Moulding, tooling and packaging are prepared and approved where required. This is when expensive production work begins. Having your own specialised and dedicated team onsite in China, and speaking the language, is imperative to the success of your project. It gives you complete transparency with your supplier, the manufacturing process and clear lines of communication. Production process

Throughout the production process, your China Blueprint team monitors and tracks the entire manufacturing process.
