When it comes to doing business in China there is no one strategy
Business owners may be well equipped to operate in their own markets, but when it comes to China, they need help - especially when they meet a road block or don’t know how to interpret the business environment.

Trade Coaching is designed to help our clients by providing them with mentoring and guidance when putting together a trade plan. The goal is to work towards developing a more disciplined approach and the confidence to trade on their own.

Coaching comes in many forms and can be conducted via email, phone, Skype conferencing or group/individual brainstorming sessions at our Sydney office.

Who Will Coach you?
Lisa Goodhand: Fluent in Mandarin and deeply respected by her Chinese counterparts―with an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture―Lisa is uniquely equipped to offer expert guidance and support to entrepreneurs wanting to do business in China. She is experienced in both running and managing import and export projects for Australian SME's and has been practicising in this field for the past 6 years,  with language and culture experience spanning over 18 years. 

Session Outline
Session outlines can be customer tailored to suit individual client needs. Topics can include;

• Improving the quality of goods currently being manufactured in China
• Looking at ways to reduce manufacturing and supply costs
• Developing a risk management strategy
• Relocating a factory to China for contract manufacturing
• Setting up a China based company or factory
• Utilising China as a global distribution centre
• Learning more about Chinese culture and business strategy

China Business Culture 
For individuals or companies with staff moving to work and live in China, China Blueprint can provide a half/full day culture session. Topics covered include;

• Chinese business culture and ettiquete
• Chinese language challenges
• Working with local Chinese staff
• Why Chinese business culture is important 
• Dealing with anti-social behaviour 
• Living in China

Session Timetable
Sessions can be booked any time during business hours on Monday or Friday.  Each session normally runs for approximately 60 minutes. A new importer generally requires between 3-6 hours worth of sessions. This includes a FREE 30 minute introduction session where the client's historical information is collected.  

Coaching Session Costs - Individuals
1 Session = 60 minutes

1 Session $220 + GST
3 Sessions (10% discount) $600 + GST
6 Sessions (20% discount) $1056.00 + GST - this session can be conducted as a half a day if preferred

Coaching Session Costs – Groups
Price on application
Group sessions are split into 2 hour, 1/day and full day sessions.
